Counselling Psychologist
I am an HPCSA-registered Counselling Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. I work with children (7+), adolescents, and adults, offering support for emotional, psychological, and workplace challenges.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and culturally sensitive, with a focus on creating a safe space for healing and growth. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, and I tailor interventions to meet each client’s unique needs.
Beyond individual therapy, I have worked in organisational and community settings, providing psychoeducation, risk assessment, and trauma-informed care.
My special interests include anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, and resilience-building. I am fluent in English and isiZulu, and I am deeply committed to supporting mental health and fostering both personal and community well-being.

Counselling Psychologist
I am a registered Counselling Psychologist. I have experience in working with individual adults, adolescents and couples around issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, bereavement and relationship difficulties. I have a special interest in couple’s/marriage therapy and counselling. As such, I use the Gottman Method of couple’s therapy in my work with couples. I have completed level 1 and 2 training in the Gottman Method Couple’s Therapy and am currently registered for level 3.
My general approach to treatment is guided by my client’s needs, however, I primarily work from a narrative orientation. This means, I work collaboratively with my clients to externalize their problems or challenges, helping them to deconstruct the problematic story so we can begin to reconstruct it. This allows the client to identify their innate skills, talents, strengths and resources so they may call upon them more consciously when needed.
